What Son of a Banker does
We read Form 8-K filings made to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on the days named on a list, and list those in which a finance chief or chief executive leaves. Each line has the company, the role, the filing date and a link to the filing, and says "Not stated" where the filing does not say.
Each officer-change section was read twice, separately. A filing is listed only where both readings found the same departure.
What Son of a Banker does not do
It is a record of what filings say. It is not advice to buy, sell or hold anything, and it recommends nothing about any company.
A list covers the dates printed on it and nothing after them.
The name claims no credentials in banking or investment.
A reading can be wrong. Every line links to its filing so that it can be checked.
